5080 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5080 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 5080 website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 5080 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The 5080 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5080 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 5080's services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 5080 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account will be regarded as your own actions.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 5080 support team immediately via our official email. We recommend using a strong password and never sharing your login details with anyone.
- Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times
- Only one account is permitted per individual
- Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared
- Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their accounts
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 5080 platform user, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, account manipulation, or dishonest activity
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual
- Attempting to breach or compromise the security of our systems
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 5080 platform
5080 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and account balances may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is confirmed.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 5080 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via various local payment methods, including FPX (online bank transfer) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your 5080 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the bank and method used, and may take several business hours.
5080 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card and proof of address. This is standard procedure to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Any transactions suspected of being unauthorised or linked to illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation. 5080 is not liable for any delays arising from such compliance requirements.

Platform 5080 is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, though we do strive to maintain consistent uptime. 5080 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
- Betting or game outcomes resulting from the user's own decisions
- Internet connection failures or user device issues
- Any third-party actions affecting a user's account
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5080 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 5080. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or make use of any such content without prior written consent from our management.
Links to third-party websites, where provided, are included solely for user convenience. 5080 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites.
Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Applicable Law
Changes to Terms
5080 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
5080 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, user request, or legal compliance requirements. Prior to closure, we will endeavour to notify the user via their registered email, except in cases of serious violations requiring immediate action.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in those accounts where the closure is the result of confirmed fraudulent or criminal activity.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal claim.
